1. Drink as much as 1.5-2 liters of water every day.
2. Eating various types of vegetables and fruit regularly so that fiber needs are fulfilled.
3. Sleep on your left side to reduce pressure on the blood vessels in the intestines and anus.
4. Don’t sit too long. Occasionally stretch or take a short walk, at least every 1-2 hours.
