I got hemorrhoids about a year ago when I was 45 years old, I guess that is the age when it should need to come according to statistics. I had them for about two months and I had both external and internal hemorrhoids, but the internal was the worst with a knife-sharp pain all day and all night. It was like going through hell, wouldn’t want this on my enemies. I tried all kinds of creams, pills to stuff up there, and even injections but nothing seemed to help.
The main reason I got them was I was sitting too long when I was going to the bathroom, and I was once in the morning and on time in the night when I did not really have any poop to come but I pushed and pushed to try. This is what triggered my hemorrhoids, also I drank too little water and now I am eating porridge once a day and also eating dark bread.
